Wiiload is a lightweight, cross-platform utility from Team USB Loader GX that lets you transfer and launch Wii homebrew over your local network. Instead of copying files to an SD card, you can send DOL/ELF binaries directly from your computer and have them start on the console immediately. It supports passing arguments to apps, streamlines rapid testing and development, and integrates smoothly with USB Loader GX and the Homebrew Channel. A network-connected Wii with homebrew installed is required.
